The Nectar of Flowers

Honey Mousse Napoleon

1 teaspoon of unflavoured gelatin
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons cold water, divided
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup honey
4 Teaspoons egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup whipping cream

4 sheets phyllo dough (14x9 inch shets)
5 tablespoons butter, divided
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 medium nectarines
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

I know Judy. Some days i spend a great deal of my life online. But now with some new commitments, looks like I will just have to steal some from those in between travelling or waiting or sleeping hours.. just so i can still satisfy the itch of hitting on these keyboard of my faithful laptop.

Thanks for stopping by my Wildlife page. Yes, all my photos are taken from the only two windows I have in my little apartment. I can see up in the back if I open the window and I have woods out there. But I do lure the animals by feeding them. Ha! Ha!
